Biden鈥檚 competency is under scrutiny after an investigation into the handling of classified documents found him to be 鈥榓 well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory鈥�. In fiery exchanges with reporters last night the President said 鈥淢y memory is fine. Take a look at what I鈥檝e done since I鈥檝e become President鈥�.
