Is intermittent fasting good for you?
There is often a new flavour-of-the-month health trend, but one that's stood the test of time is intermittent fasting – where you spend periods of not eating anything at all before switching back to eating normally, helping your body burn fat. Cook Briony May Williams investigates if the diet really is as good for you as it claims to be.
