Why Bake Off's Berkshire home looks different this year
Welford Park in Newbury - the setting for the Great British Bake Off's famous white tent - is looking different this year. A carpet of snowdrops has been gobbled up by a horde of slugs.
The park's team said heavy rainfall and warm temperatures had caused an increase of snowdrop-hungry slugs.
