RNLI at 200: Mother from Heswall shares how the RNLI came to her rescue
March 2024 marks 200 years of the charity RNLI.
Someone who knows how important they are is mother and daughter - Victoria and Charlie from Heswall
They found themselves up to their thighs in mud after a recent landslide from the surrounding cliffs had blocked the path
Husband Andy ran to the beach and RNLI Hoylake were quickly on their way to rescue the pair
It was thankfully a happy ending and rescuer Dave Noble has been talking about the story along with rescuee Victoria Evans
