Why hydration is so important when getting older...
It's a well-known fact that staying hydrated is good for our day-to-day health at any age. But as we get older, drinking enough water gets even more important. Dr. Xand investigates the huge impact hydration can have on us when it comes to ageing, appetite, and how medicines are absorbed into our bodies -- and how dehydration can lead to dizziness and muscle weakness. He sets Morning Live viewers, Clive and Sherry the task of drinking more water to see how it affects them. And we find out how swapping a caffeine drink for plain water is good, and why it's important to check the colour of your urine.
