The "dehumanising" Royal Berkshire Hospital bill error
West Berkshire councillor Biyi Oloko has lived in the area for more than twenty years - but he says the Royal Berkshire Hospital wrongly asked him to pay for NHS treatment. He believes assumptions were made about his name and accent.
In response, the Royal Berkshire Hospital has apologised for any distress to Councillor Oloko and said it is "looking into the way the matter was handled".
