Carlisle school's work celebrates teacher's memory
Much loved teaching assistants passion for air ambulance charity continues after her loss before Christmas. Angie Smith died aged 53, and head teacher Daryle Spencer described her as a "Diamond that we borrowed". Children continue to collect clothes for the Great North Air Ambulance, which acknowledged their hard work with a flypast by their newest helicopter, Pride of Cumbria, in 2021.
