It's a year on since part of a cliff collapsed onto a business park in Swanscombe but residents and businesses are frustrated it's still not been sorted.

A Thames Water spokesperson said: 鈥淭he Highways Department of Kent County Council is responsible for maintaining roads, including the A226, Galley Hill Road. We understand that some initial investigations have been undertaken by the Council, but the results have not yet been shared with Thames Water. We are also informed that stability assessments are due to be carried out by the Council in the near future, in order to inform their considerations in relation to reinstatement of the road. The cause of the incident is yet to be determined but representatives of Thames Water and the Council are actively engaged in associated investigations. Given the ongoing investigations, it would not be appropriate at this stage for a spokesperson to attend an interview on behalf of Thames Water.鈥�
