Birmingham Windrush legend's funeral prompts fundraiser
Anthony came to Birmingham from Jamaica when he was just 7 years old.
When he grew up he served in the British Army for over 10 years.
His life changed forever, when he was told he was living in the UK illegally - but he wasn't. For more than five years he wasn't allowed to work, use the NHS or get any benefits, so he went back to Jamaica.
Anthony sadly passed away from liver cancer just over and a fundraiser has been set up to help with the cost of his funeral and dealing with his affairs.
