How to take up exercise
We've spoken a lot on the show about the mental and physical benefits of exercise, but if you're not a fan of physical activity it can be difficult and daunting to get started. A recent study suggests 3 quarters of people aren't reaching the NHS's recommended amount of exercise per week. If you're one of them, we've got some motivation for you.
