"I was expendable" the blood scandal in Warrington
For 35 years, Dena Peacock could not understand why she felt constantly exhausted, unwell and depressed.
After repeated trips to her GP, the now 60-year-old from Warrington was eventually told that she had contracted the potentially fatal Hepatitis C virus.
Dena is one of 30,000 victims infected by contaminated blood products in the 1970s and 1980s.
