There's emotive poetry from Jason Delany on the theme of missing the one you love. Sam Addy's poetry looks back at his hometown in North Lincolnshire and how it's changed over the years - with memories of the place lost along with family members. Poet Gail Foster wrote a poem after she was moved by events in the Middle East that reflects on the human cost of war.

Bristol man Az wrote a poem that was featured on 大象传媒 Upload back in 2018 that documented his life living on the streets of the city. Adam tells the story of Az, how he went from being homeless to getting his life back on track and along the way helped 大象传媒 Upload to be a success across the country. Az chats to 大象传媒 reporter Sandra Green.

There's a short story from Peter T Stone that sees two young cousins working out the complexities of their family with the help of their grandfather. Poetry from Kaycee Hill inspired by a makeshift birdfeeder and poetry from Ben Kaye titled 'Flowers'.
