It's been a quiet week at the Old Bailey in London. Constance Marten and Mark Gordon deny the manslaughter of their baby Victoria.

The judge continues to summarise the case before the jury is due to leave the courtroom and begin their deliberations.

Constance Marten, from Dorset, and Mark Gordon, from London, are charged with causing the death of their new born child after a baby鈥檚 body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023.

Both deny the charges against them.
