Ofsted: School inspections 'need to be supportive'
Ofsted's single word judgements are set to remain in place, despite campaigners calling for them to be scrapped following the suicide of a primary school headteacher.
Ruth Perry died after her school was downgraded from 'outstanding' to 'inadequate'.
