Chris Packham surprises wildlife-mad Zak

Zak is an 8-year-old autistic boy from Bicester who set up a Toad Patrol, helping to rescue any stranded toads, and make sure they can get to their ponds safely. Alex Grundon invited Zak to the studio to share a special message and ask mum Claire about her son's passion.
