The media regulator says tech firms should do more to hide "toxic" content from children.
A huge amount of our lives - from social media feeds to car sat-navs - is influenced by algorithms. But while they can be helpful, there's also concern that they cause harm - particularly to children. The UK's media watchdog, Ofcom, says tech firms should "tame" algorithms to steer young people away from "toxic" material online.
