'The NHS in Shropshire has a problem with racism'
"The NHS in Shropshire has a problem with racism, and the leadership within the NHS is ignoring it and allowing it to continue".
That's according to an NHS whistleblower - who claims there's a "culture of bullying and covering up" - but she was too scared to speak out publicly for fear of losing her job.
Ninety percent of non-white NHS staff said in a staff survey that they'd experienced discrimination last year - the worst figures in the country.
