King Charles’ pottery goat makes £8,500
A pottery goat made by King Charles while at Cambridge University in the 1960s has gone under the hammer (not literally!)
The goat previously owned by a retired Canadian carpenter, whose great aunt worked as a cook at the university when the then-Prince attended.
Auctioneer Charles Hanson, in charge of the bidding, explains how they came about it.
