Professional gamer Jaden Ashman, known as Wolfiez, explains the impact gaming had on his life.
Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Nicky Campbell, he said: 鈥淚 sat indoors and gamed for quite a long time which made me pretty unhealthy because I was doing it at a very high competitive level.鈥�
鈥淚 got pretty unhealthy playing; I got really consumed in it.
鈥淚n a long run, it impacted my relationships and my body image because I wasn鈥檛 looking after myself.鈥�
