A diver has been found and rescued after going missing near the Eddystone Lighthouse, off the coast of Cornwall.
Plymouth RNLI said that around 1pm on Saturday it received reports of a missing diver, and sent both its inshore and all-weather lifeboats to the scene.
The diver was rescued, along with his equipment, after being spotted drifting on the surface.
The crews were also assisted by the Fowey all-weather lifeboat, the Rescue 924 helicopter and other vessels that were close by.
And in west Cornwall, two people and a dog in a dinghy were rescued after becoming stuck in mud near Falmouth.
Coastguards and specialist mud technicians were sent to Mylor Bridge on Saturday morning, after receiving a report of an elderly man stuck in a dinghy.
On arriving at the scene, the rescue team found two people and a dog were stuck in the mud.
Given the weather and tide timings, the coastguards decided to undertake the rescue by deploying to the mud and recovering the party.
After the operation, the rescuers reminded people to call 999 and ask for the Coastguard if they see anyone in danger along the coast.

Cornwall Council has created a grant which would help companies make more sustainable choices for their staff.
The council said its Workplace Travel Grant would match funding of up to 拢5,000 to provide facilities and equipment.
It said grants can be used to provide bike shelters, car share parking spaces and pool bikes.
The scheme aims to help employers "break down some of the barriers their employees might face in choosing sustainable modes of travel".
Martin Cluer, climate resilience project officer at Volunteer Cornwall, said the grant helped fund a bike storage unit at their headquarters in Truro.
The deadline for applications is Wednesday 31 July.

Two kittens have been saved after being abandoned in a sealed plastic bag on a beach in Penzance, rescuers say.
The 11-week-old brothers were found by a walker and taken to a vet in the town.
A vet checked the kittens and found that one had a heart murmur.
On Sunday, after a week with the vet, the pair were handed over to Sally's Cat Rescue in St Austell, which is raising funds for a heart scan.
Sally Olford, who runs the rescue shelter, told the 大象传媒, that if the kittens hadn't been found, it would've been a much worse ending for them.
She said "this was someone who just wanted to end their lives and get rid of them."
