Birthday honour for fundraising cancer survivor
A cancer survivor from Leicestershire, who has used his own experience to help others living with the disease, has been named in the King's Birthday Honours List.
Mark Storer underwent six months of chemotherapy after his diagnosis 25 years ago. He's since started a charity and raised tens of thousands of pounds for local hospitals.
He told Ady Dayman about the moment he was told he's been awarded a British Empire Medal.
