How to spot gout
Cases of 'Victorian' illness, gout, are continuing to surge across the UK - with Liverpool being dubbed 'Britain's Gout Capital', after an almost 1,000% skyrocket in cases. Dr. Xand reveals the UK hotspots, explains how the first tell-tale sign is in your big toe, and how some simple food swaps can prevent future attacks.Â
