I retired after my sister was murdered
The Coventry Olympian Joel Fearon says his life changed forever after his sister was brutally murdered. The bronze medallist says anxiety put a hold on his bobsledding career.
Natasha Morais was tortured before she was killed at her Leicestershire home last June. Her killer has now been jailed for 34 years.
For the first time Joel and his mum Jacqui have opened up about the grief and trauma he and his family have endured since Natasha died (some parts of this story may be upsetting). If you've been affected by any of the issues in this story, please take a look at the 大象传媒 Action Line page for information on a number of charities and organisations who can help.
