Our Analysis Editor has been looking at how different political parties are approaching the UK鈥檚 relationship with the EU during this general election campaign.
It鈥檚 eight years since the UK voted to leave the European Union. At the last general election in 2019, the UK was still officially in the EU, and one message dominated the election campaign. 鈥淕et Brexit Done鈥�, Boris Johnson told voters. And they backed him to do that.
But this is a very different election. Europe is not a central issue.
