Constance Marten and Mark Gordon have been found guilty of two counts by a jury at the Old Bailey. The couple denied the manslaughter of their baby Victoria.

For the first time, we can report that Constance Marten and Mark Gordon have been found guilty on two of the five charges they faced during their trial at the Old Bailey.

But because the jury were unable to return some verdicts there will be a retrial in 2025.

It is another twist in an already fascinating story.

Constance Marten and Mark Gordon had been charged with causing the death of their baby, Victoria, after her body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023.

They have always denied the charges against them.
