Hayley from Benfleet is a finalist in the Make a Difference Awards great neighbour category for 2024. Nominated by neighbour Stacey, Hayley has been a pillar of support and help for many years to her and her family, including recently when Stacey's family needed a place to stay following a suspected gas leak.
