50 'life-saving' kits installed across Worcestershire
They're the vital devices that can make the difference between life and death, in so many emergency situations. A major project is seeing kits being installed across the county of Worcestershire, starting in Wick, near Pershore.
A huge donation from the county's Freemasons has helped these kits get to where they need to be - inside existing defibrillators.
Tom Edwards reports, from Wick, alongside David Dey, and Howard Painter, a Community First Responder.
The emergency services say that these kits will stem someone's bleeding before they arrive, if people can access them. All they need is a code to access the kit, which can be found by dialling 999.
