The Parole Board has recommended the killer of Gemma Sisley be released. Gemma was strangled to death in Milton Keynes by her ex-partner Jason Burrows in 2008. Burrows was jailed with a minimum sentence of 15 years. Gemma’s brother Tom Sisley doesn’t believe it’s safe for him to be released. Photo: Tom Sisley.
