Max Whitlock: 'I'm done now'
He finished in fourth place in the pommel horse final in Paris. Now Max Whitock is retiring and will focus on inspiring the next generation.
In April 2024, Hertfordshire-born and three-time Olympic gold medallist Max Whitlock, who trains at the South Essex Gymnastics Club in Basildon, announced that he would retire from the sport after the Olympic Games in Paris.
