Pet rescue charities overwhelmed by demand
Pet rescue charities in Leicestershire are experiencing overwhelming demand amid a rise in strays and pets abandoned by owners.
The RPSCA says that Leicestershire has seen a thirty-three per cent rise in the number of animal abandonments in recent years, particularly since 2020.
Caroline Sutton from the animal sanctuary 'French Bulldog Saviours' has been telling 大象传媒 Leicester's Ben Jackson why the charity is in urgent need for potential fosterers at the moment.
