Dudley Town's FA Cup 'lifeline'
Dudley Town Football Club's chairman say their FA Cup run could be a 'lifeline' and boost their campaign for a permanent home back in the borough. The Midland Premier League side haven't had their own ground since leaving Round Oak Stadium in Brierley Hill in 1996 and currently share with Sporting Khalsa in Willenhall.
The Robins will host Stourbridge in a Black Country Derby in the FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round after making it through two preliminary rounds. Chairman Dave Ferrier spoke to the West Midlands Football Phone In about their Extra Preliminary Round win against Worcester City and how much a run in the world's most famous cup competition means to them.
