Villagers in Dobbs Weir on the Herts border say it鈥檒l impact the Lea Valley. But energy firm Statera says the plant, near Hoddesdon, will support the UK鈥檚 transition to renewable energy and will only be switched on when renewables can鈥檛 provide enough power.
