Final phase of anti-terror work begins in York
Richard Edwards speaks to business owners and residents as the council prepares for the final set of anti-terror bollards to be installed in York. Hostile vehicle measures (HVMs) will be installed at the junction of High Ousegate and Piccadilly from 27 August 2024, completing the work which began last year.
