Hailed as the UK鈥檚 most successful country act, Adam chats to Ward Thomas, aka twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy. They have new music out, and are on tour across the country early next year.

Adam also meets singer/songwriter Jack Francis, who is coming our way on tour at the beginning of October. He's been described as "a shining new songwriting talent鈥�.

And we talk food and wine with award-winning chef Rob Kirby, originally from Kent, now reporting live for this show every week from his kitchen at his restaurant in Majorca.
