Kellie Bright: ‘I’m exhausted… I think any SEND parent is’
EastEnders actress Kellie Bright has been outspoken about the SEND system and her fight to get support for her son who has autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD and dyslexia.
Kellie told Nuala McGovern that the fight to get support for a child with special educational needs and disabilities is exhausting.
Speaking in front of a live audience in the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Theatre as part of our SEND special programme, she told Nuala that bridging the gap has left her ‘overwhelmed’ and that she feels like she’s letting her son down.
