Big shortage of Guide Dog puppy fosterers

Derbyshire has the biggest shortage of volunteer puppy fosterers in the Midlands according to the charity Guide Dogs. 大象传媒 Radio Derby's Andy Twigge has been speaking to Stephanie Cupitt from the charity along with Frances Badman from Buxton who's being a puppy raiser for the 9th time.
