'It feels like I'm in an earthquake'
The noise and vibrations from a building site in Glen Parva is making people's lives a misery, according to one woman who lives right next to it.
The garden of Helen Ross's home backs on to the former landfill site, where pile-drivers are being used to create the foundations for a new housing development.
大象传媒 Leicester's Jo Hollis spoke to Helen Ross, who is one of a number of local residents holding a public meeting because they can't take it any more.
Linden Homes has apologised to Mrs Ross, but says it's continually monitoring its activities to stay within the legal guidelines. Blaby District Council says its officers acknowledge the piling process is disruptive, but that the developer is conforming to the required building standards.
