Johnson: 'Pilates is the key' to recovery
Walsall striker Danny Johnson says he's now in the best shape after a viral infection wiped out his pre-season. The 31-year-old was unable to fully train, so turned to pilates and says it's now helped him get into the best shape of his career. He scored the winning goal in their 2-1 victory over Bradford City in League Two.
