MK clothes bank seeing ‘unheard of’ demand
A clothes bank in Milton Keynes has reported an increase in demand, particularly from low-income pensioners.
Rachel Kleinsmith, manager of the MK Storehouse in Stacey Bushes, believes it’s a response to the government’s proposed change which will see only those on pension credit receive winter fuel allowance.
