New bins to 鈥榬uin the area鈥�, says Herts community
Keeley Haylett says Folly Island doesn鈥檛 have room for a multitude of wheelie bins. The proposed changes are being made by East Herts Council which wants to increase recycling and reduce collections to once every three weeks.
