Retired Ireland fly-half Johnny Sexton discusses Rieko Ioane's reaction on Instagram to excerpts from his book recounting a confrontation with the All Blacks centre at the World Cup.

After Ireland's quarter-final defeat to New Zealand in Paris last year, television cameras showed an angry exchange between Sexton and Ioane.

Sexton says he was surprised by the furore that his account of the incident caused.
