Willenhall charity's coat appeal
Last year the Betty Ennis Foundation in Willenhall launched an appeal for winter coats and ended up giving out 4500 of them to people who didn't own one. This year they're appealing for coats again. Lorna Williams, manager at the Betty Ennis Foundation, told Phil Upton that demand for winter coats is rising rapidly.
