Family criticises hospital's lack of contact
The family of a Lincolnshire woman say they "had almost 100 days without a phone call" from staff at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston where she was being treated.
Fran Dobson spent 14 weeks on the orthopaedic ward after fracturing her hip in a fall following her initial admission.
Her son-in-law Paul White says they were not contacted about a second fall, the loss of her hearing aid, or plans to discharge her to a care home.
