GPs face challenges despite app and phone upgrades
The director of primary care for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight has admitted there is a shortage of people working in doctors surgeries for the increasing demands of patients.
James Roach has been sitting in the hot seat with 大象传媒 Radio Solent's Lou Hannan.
He was asked about long waits to get through on the phone to try and book an appointment.
