Sunday opening hours stir up a storm on Stornoway
A supermarket in the island town is now opening seven days a week - but are locals happy?
Stornoway, on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, is home to some 7,000 people. Traditionally, Sunday on the island is a day of rest, and in the past there was no public transport and businesses were closed.
Over the last 20 years, Sunday on Lewis has undergone a series of significant changes: First flights, then ferries, and since 2018 you've been able to go to the cinema.
Now, for the first time a supermarket will open on a Sunday.
