Our train service is routinely disrupted due to bad weather, but the question many have asked is why our rail service is not prepared for ice and snow, considering winter weather happens every year.
And what about buying a train ticket? Should you be fined for purchasing an online ticket and not printing it, and why don't we have "tap and go" facilities here in Merseyside?
