Flooding is 鈥榟orrific and shouldn鈥檛 have happened鈥�
Louise Maloney woke up to find her pub in Buckingham, the New Inn, to be severely flooded. The amount of rain which fell during Storm Bert caused the River Great Ouse to burst its banks.
