Paul Maclean from Nuneaton had a life-changing experience 20 years ago. He was on-board a military plane, when it needed to make an emergency landing.
It left him with a fear of flying, which he's now overcome using hypnotherapy.
Paul told 大象传媒 CWR's Lorna Bailey, all about it.
