Nottinghamshire couple prepare to row across the Atlantic
Ian and Jooles Paillin-Dean, from Ratcliffe-on-Soar, are aiming to take part in 2025's World's Toughest Row, a race which covers about 3,000 miles (4,828 km) from La Gomera to Antigua.
The husband-and-wife duo hope to become the fastest mixed pair to complete the challenge and raise money for charity in the process.
During the challenge, they'll also be taking part in an international study into how couples behave under extreme circumstances, by researchers at the University of Zurich.
