The government is launching an independent commission which it hopes will transform adult social care in England. It will be led by the the cross-bench peer Baroness Louise Casey - but the final recommendations may not be delivered until 2028. The health and social care secretary Wes Streeting has defended the timescale and promised to "to finally grasp the nettle on social care reform." Nicky got your reaction.
